A. Definitions
“Client” means a subscriber/customer using the Services to create pages, digital cards, forms, directories, or similar features.
“Client-Collected Data” means personal information a Client collects from end users or visitors using the Services (for example: name, email, phone number, business details, and optional notes).
B. Controller vs. ProcessorIf you (as a Client) collect personal information through our Services (e.g., contact forms, lead capture, directories):You are the data controller (or “business,” as applicable) for Client-Collected Data
We act as your service provider / data processor for Client-Collected Data
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA where applicable)
You are responsible for providing accurate privacy disclosures and obtaining any required consents from your end users
C. End-User RequestsIf an end user submits a request relating to Client-Collected Data (for example, access, deletion, or correction), the Client is responsible for responding. Six Five Apps will provide reasonable assistance where required by law and where technically feasible, consistent with the Services.D. Required Disclosures / Consent LanguageYou agree not to remove or disable any privacy disclosures, consent language, or policy links that we provide within the Services as required for compliance. A. When Six Five Apps Is the Controller
Six Five Apps is the controller for information we collect directly for account creation, billing, support, service operation, and analytics related to our Services.B. When the Client Is the ControllerWhen a Client uses the Services to collect information from their own contacts, leads, or customers (“Client-Collected Data”):The Client is the controller (and may be the “business” under certain laws).
Six Five Apps acts as a processor and, where applicable under California law, a “service provider.”
We process Client-Collected Data only to provide, maintain, and support the Services (including troubleshooting, security, backups, reliability, and legal compliance).
Where applicable, we do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use Client-Collected Data for our own marketing to the end users submitting it.
C. End Users Submitting Information to a ClientIf you submit information through a page, form, directory, or digital card created by one of our Clients, your information is provided to that Client and their privacy practices apply.To exercise rights or make requests about a Client’s use of your information, contact the Client directly. If you cannot identify the Client, contact [email protected] and we will attempt to help route your request where appropriate.4. Client ResponsibilitiesClients are responsible for their collection and use of Client-Collected Data, including (where required by law):Providing an accurate and accessible privacy notice to end users

However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.10.
